Foreign Debt

The Foreign Debt is published by the Czech National Bank and represents the total debt a country's government, corporations or private households owe to foreign creditors. The money might be owed to commercial banks, other governments or international financial institutions. Generally, a low reading is seen as positive (or bullish), in turn, a high reading is seen as negative (or bearish) for the Czech Koruna.
